PANGAEAN DREAMS: A Shamanic Journey is a multi-media piece which leads the audience on a shamanic journey back 250 million years to the time when the earth and the ocean were divided, and relates geologic transformations to the possibility of personal change. Music supports the text and it’s various moods with electronic, acoustic and percussion instruments, while video projections cover abstract images of motion, people, animals, refugees from Nazi Europe and volcanic eruptions. This impressionistic, hypnotic and sensual piece hovers in the mind long after it has ended.
